Lost 5 lbs while taking this it’s a great product highly recommend

I started taking this product for the fiber hoping it would help regulate me since I have had this problem since childhood..I found to my surprise it not only regulated me but I had lost weight with this product with out going on a diet..I highly recommend this product, the best advice I can give is don’t look for a fast fix for your problem just take the pills and in time you will see the difference.I have taken these supplements on and off for years and when I go off of them I have problems with being regulated and with my weight.

I wanted to get these so that I’m not hungry most of the time. Most days I eat 4 meals a day because my stomach feels hungry all the time but I’m trying to get to eating 2 meals a day without getting so hungry in between.Update: 1 month later. Works some days where I don’t feel hungry often but some other days I still feel hungry every 3 hours. However this still has me losing 1 pound a week since I don’t eat 4 meals a day anymore. I’m down to eating 2-3 smaller meals a day

I don't want to look like I'm shilling any specific product so I'm not going to mention any others by name and I'm gonna black out the brand on my example picture, but I've tested several different Glucomannan capsules in the last year and these were by far the worst.In this recent test I placed three different brands in small glasses and then watched them over the course of 2 hours. After 15 minutes the other two had started to open up and by half an hour the other two had filled up plenty of the glass. Even 90 minute later these tnvitamins capsules had barely even begun to open and there was only the tiniest bit coming out of them.I didn't even bother to finish out the bottle, I just threw it away. Absolutely not recommended.

I got these as a fiber supplement and to help with between meal hunger. So far they are working well. I even take two before bed so I don't wake up hungry in the night.

I tried the glucomannan. I decided to try it after Dr. Oz suggested it. It gave me lots of gas the first couple of days but after that I was fine. I took it before breakfast and I think it really helped to make me feel full. I normally eat lunch around 12 or 1pm so I'm not starving when I go. The draw back is remembering to take the capsule but I think if you are able to still with it, it's a good product.

Can’t tolerate stantins. Looking for a natural solutions. Haven’t been taking them long enough yet to see results.

They’re great so far and I’m slowly starting to see a difference. Will update maybe
