Q: Will it be compatible with tempered glass on camera lenses?

Putting camera protectors on will cause the window to be harder to close.

Q: Will this fit and work with the esr individual glass lens protectors installed? (they fit fine with the spigen tough armor case)

If you put camera lens protectors on, (why would you want to do that) you will have a hard time closing the window of the case.
