I have been talking magnesium supplements for over month so I'm not sure if it had an effect on me yet but they small in size and easy to swallow.

I have been suffering with leg cramp, foot and toes cramps and six pack tummy muscle cramps every day for 4 weeks, l review magnesium and thought l would give it a try, got these at 2pm and took two and by 5pm the pain had diminished significantly, only on day two but feeling so much better and no cramps last night, win win
