Q: Can you get replacement parts like the cuter and wing handles?

I have always just bought the complete tool so not sure if you can buy the parts seperately

Q: What size band is this tool for?

This Band-it tool will handle a range of band sizes. The most common size used is 1/2", 5/8" & 3/4". Buy what size band you want and the buckles to suit. I mostly use S/S 5/8". Cheers John M.
