I love these! Fit comfortably on wrist or ankle. I looked at much more expensive ones but I'm so glad I gave these a try. They Velcro on easily and the weights do not dig into me and can be moved around to assure comfort. The silver color is so cool, much prettier in person than online, actually more of a sparkle finish. Love them!!

Good budget alternative to Bala bangles! It is pretty comfortable, and the velcro is super strong so it won’t fall off easily. They are good quality and easy to use, especially for the price!

Why not for ankles? Because they're a little bit small. I don't have the fattest ankles, but I can just barely get the straps to reach all the way around to velcro these weights on my ankles, and because they have to stretch, they're on pretty tight and leave marks when i take them off. I would have preferred that these straps be a few inches longer. They work fine for my wrists though. They're cute, and each of the little weights are removable. Subtracted 2 stars because they're not very ankle-functional.
