Quality, Sturdy item
Very good quality, sturdy item. Easy to put together using as hot tub steps. The extra wide step at the top is really smart. Added adhesive tape to prevent slipping. Wet happy with purchase

Decent steps
Either update instructions or provide the long sticks the instructions speak of. I had all short sticks. When you screw the pieces, they will not screw all the way. You will have to put the smaller silver screwdriver in the inner hole pressed up against your body and use the wrench to tighten. You'll understand if u read this having this issue. Took me a while to figure that one out. Once figured out it was easier and faster for me to put together. The railings. I'd suggest putting them into the spots along with the steps before you screw everything down. I have one rail side loose at the bottom bc I tightened the steps 1st and it's blocking like 2 cms of the bottom part of the rail. Otherwise the steps is decent for the purpose. I need my basement stairs redone but in the meantime I've been using this. It can hold a 200 pound woman and a 250-75 lb man with steel toe work boots on. So it works and for the price it's alright.

Disappointed in the sturdiness
I will admit up front that I purchased these steps not to use for an RV, but for a very tall bed. However, the usage is the same - I needed something with handrails to help me step up to a tall bed and feel comfortable. My husband put it together as he does most of our purchases like this. We have proper tools and have never had an issue with putting anything together and making sure it is sturdy. Since I am a short, large woman, I made sure this product would hold a certain amount of weight. The very first night I tried to use it, the railings bent horribly and almost made me fall off the steps. It was very scary for me! I think the steps were fine, although I felt a little unsure about the weight in the middle, so I tried to put my feet nearer the edges. But the handrails were not safe, in my opinion. I think the same thing would have happened if I had tried to go up into an RV. These steps and rails just don't live up to the expectation I had when reading the description and looking at the illustrations. Luckily, we were able to find a similar product from Amazon that works just fine for me.

Great Hot Tub Steps
These steps were easy to put together, are vary sturdy, and work great going in and out of the hot tub. I added outdoor carpeting, and stage tape (glow in dark) to make them even better.

It is sturdy and is cheaper than building a wooden one.
The stairs are replacing an old rotten wooden one for our hot tub. It is better than the old one and is cheaper than building one out of wood.
