Yes，you can turn the smart light bulb on/off by Smart Life or Alexa App or Google Home App wherever you are.

Q: Do I have to connect them to Wi-Fi to change and customize the color or can I change the color another way via Bluetooth as I see that's a option?

After pairing, the smart bulbs can be controlled via Bluetooth within Bluetooth coverage area. Otherwise, they need to connect to WiFi to change color.

Q: How can I contact for a replacement bulb?

I I actually had to provide a review and go through the return steps. Then the seller contacted me and eventually I was sent replacement bulbs

Q: Do these work with zigbee?

These smart bulbs don't work with Zigbee, they work with wifi.
