I don’t think FDA applies to this product. Also this shampoo is made in Germany. I have been using it for a couple of years and it is the best shampoo I ever used.

Yes one in the shampoo and one in the serum made in Germany , we make good quality and good health hair

Q: Whats the differences between alpecin hair recharger and alpecin hair energizer?

Not much. The shampoo seems to be the consistent and best approach. Almost 69 and still have my hair on the top.
