Q: My keyboard is less than a month, but some of the keys are unresponsive and some types 2 letters at a time. No online remedy worked. Solutions?

Unfortunately, I had the same issue after using the keyboard for about 3 months. I ended up not being able to use this keyboard, so I trashed it. I ended up buying a Logitech Bluetooth keyboard which is working great.

Q: I have now had this for under a year and some of the buttons aren’t working anymore. Is there a way to fix? What’s the warranty for this product?

I sent mine back after a week. GARBAGE!!!
