Q: Mine didn’t come with instructions for resetting the lock. Can they be sent over?

It says on the website to contact the seller if you have trouble with the lock and they will help you with it. I gave this to my granddaughter at Christmas and it did come with the instructions for the lock. I will ask my daughter if they still have them, if they do I will update this.
