Q: Does this tool remove Profile brand cranks?

Uptown bicycles does not know what they are talking about when it comes to profile cranks. Sometimes no amount of hitting the Frank arm of a profile crank will break it loose. Profile even makes a tool to remove its crank arms because of this problem.

Q: Work on 2019 rad power bikes?

I used it on a 2018 Diamondback overdrive. Park Tool has a youtube video to help you determine what kind of tool will work on your particular set-up.

Q: Does this work on Peloton?

No, you need the ccp-44 tool for the Peloton bike.

Q: I ordered this crank removal tool but the plastic piece on the end of the tool is to small, can anyone recommend something with a bigger head on it?

Too small for what? mine came with a metal set at the end of the shaft. If it was any larger it won't go through crank arm as you remove the arm. Perhaps they have changed the design since I got mine last month. I have used on vintaged, tapered and BMX so far with no issues. I would return if it's plastic. The pressure alone would split it against the crank bolt.
