Good quality and perfect size.
I really enjoy cooking my fajitas in this brazier pan. I can fit a lot of vegetables and a lot of meat in it. The heat is distributed very well is a good Good quality . Perfect size to cook dinner for my family of six or more.

Wonderful. Fits my top stove perfectly. Has perfect amount of surface to brown large roasts, meat parts, and use same pot for adding liquids to scrape up fond or make roux. It's heavy but not back breaking. Even heat. 12 inch diameter and 9 inches high. Easy to clean. May use on top of stove then finish in oven. Highly recommended.

Vessel perfect for Biriyani
This is a perfect vessel for indian dish- Biriyani. Heat conduction is even and overall a good vessel. This has a 12 inch circumference which is suited for 8 inch induction burner size. FYI- Restaurants use these for making biryani

Great braiser and good value for money.
Really liked the product but the cover could have been little thicker so 4 stars having said that the vessel is solid and made my Biryani really tasty.
