Good quality and perfect size.
I really enjoy cooking my fajitas in this brazier pan. I can fit a lot of vegetables and a lot of meat in it. The heat is distributed very well is a good Good quality . Perfect size to cook dinner for my family of six or more.

Wonderful. Fits my top stove perfectly. Has perfect amount of surface to brown large roasts, meat parts, and use same pot for adding liquids to scrape up fond or make roux. It's heavy but not back breaking. Even heat. 12 inch diameter and 9 inches high. Easy to clean. May use on top of stove then finish in oven. Highly recommended.

Great design for larger batches of .....
Bought this style instead of the taller type stock pot to make double batches of soup, chili, sauces, etc. Excellent design that prevents spatters, but also the likelihood of burning my arm stirring the taller type pots. Also, heats faster. Love it!!!

Made with very Bad Aluminum Material
The product "Crestware Extra Heavy Weight Aluminum Braziers with Pan Covers, 10 Quart" is worst after 3 use, as the product produce a black stain on each wash, almost I washed the product multiple times which is more than 15 times, and still get a black stain even after each wash. Worst material I ever saw in aluminum. Check the uploaded pictures before buying the product
