Great sauce
The supplier’s summary is about right - medium hot by Indian curry standards - but nice and fruity, more liquid than a paste and with visible seeds. I find it just right to use on cooked food rather than as part of the cooking process. Certainly livens up food.

Ingredients different to Amazon listing
The list of ingredients is different from the Amazon description. Instead of "Hot Chillies, Lemon Juice, Salt" it is actually " Hot chillies, salt, acetic acid, dried garlic, herbs and spices" I was looking for a chilli sauce with lemon juice and not vinegar.
