This shampoo is very good, mind you you do have to keep using it and personally I would not use it every hairwash, use it intermittently with maybe your favourite shampoo or a mild shampoo. Also you do not need to use an awful huge amount, pour a small amount onto your fingers, spread over fingers then apply to scalp. The bottle will then last longer counteracting the high price. Small tip if you put bottle into hot water, the shampoo thins down therefore you will be able to use it easier.

This is NOT the advertised product. This is the milder ordinary shampoo NOT the intensive version with added ingredients that is shown in the image.

after trying lots of other scalp shampoos this seemed to be the answer by the reviews but i'm afraid not. For me I think the treatment is a bit too harsh, I suffer from itchy scalp but no dandruff , only flaky after scratching! This was nice and soothing at first- you can feel the cooling menthol but once I dried my hair the itch soon returned. maybe if you have dandruff to break down it would be effective but I think this stripped my scalp so didn't help me. I've since tried much gentler natural treatments with a lot more success.

It would appear that the intensive version of this product has been discontinued by the manufacturer. I though i had found one of the few remaining bottles as it is listed as 'intensive' unfortunately the regular version arrived.

Dandruff has been a problem with me for many years. Head & Shoulders have done well from my purchases while there has been no improvement in the condition of my hair. My brother recently told me about Oilatum so I decided to give it a try. I only used a very small amount, left it for about 5 minutes and finished with also a small amount of Aveeno Skin Relief Soothing Shampoo which i also left on for about 5 minutes before washing out. I could not believe how effective this was with the dandruff mostly cleared after only one treatment. I have continued doing this twice a week for the last couple of weeks and dandruff appears to be a thing of the past. I plan to cut back to once weekly or less frequently in the future but feel that I now have a solution if dandruff returns at some stage in the future. I found both shampoos soothing to use and particularly so the Aveeno

was ok.

This entire range is fabulous. Check it out. The most amazing moisturisers and shampoo. Seriously.

If you have stubborn dandruff: this is really one of the only products which works. You have to be careful not to use it too often though.
