Quality built.
Excellent suction power. Also, it runs very quiet compared to other vacuum cleaners I have had in the past. A little expensive, but well worth it. Really like the automatic brush height level.

Jury is out…
I had another Windsor sensor that I bought over 20 years ago. It was amazing. It was time to replace it, so I purchased this vacuum. Just a later version of the same. Regrettably there are components of it that same flimsy and cheap. Specifically the way the handle is secured to the body of the vacuum. It’s a cheap twist plastic knob that only does an OK job keeping the handle locked in. I hope that this last as long as my first one. I am skeptical, but I’m hoping to be pleasantly surprised. When I flip the switch to “on “, it seems to takes a few seconds to power up. This just may be the way it is designed, but it’s going to take some getting used to. It seems pretty finicky to about going over rugs and sometimes just stops like it can’t power through the rug. Again, I’m hoping it’s just a learning curve, and I will be as pleased with this one as the first.

Best upright vacuum ever
It’s quiet and easy to use, everything you need to clean is at your finger tips! Great suction and easy to use and clean! It does it all!!!

Works great just worried about how cheap done if the parts are.
I have a senior at work. I realize mine is 2 years old at work and things change. The twist knob to hold the handle in is ok, but allows the handle to pull out more, seems kinda cheap. Also the lever on the bottom to unlock the vacuum is all plastic. Mine at work is metal. The housekeepers at work would toast this vacuum in a heart beat. It works the same, just seems to have cheaper parts or it’s a knock off.

Improve quality!
For the price the quality is not good. Also handle is very easy to come out. It doesn’t suck well either. I will never buy this kind of vacuum again and I will not tell my friends and family buy this.

Long-lasting, serious vacuum
Great vacuum! This is our third one of the same model because we have had the most luck with this one. The last one lasted 8 years which is longer than any other commercial brand we’ve tried. We use it in a big office building. Very happy with this one too!
