It works great but it's noisy. Sounds like it's breathing. The fan turns on for 8 seconds and off for 3 seconds. It has 3 things plugged in so it must be getting warm.

Used it in Netherlands-- had a projector connected to it. It seemed like it would go low (power), but would come back. Once, the projector turned off. I read reviews again and decided not to use my personal blender with this device, the next morning. Got to Zanzibar and plugged it in only to see a red light blinking on it. Not exactly sure what that means, but red lights usually aren't a positive. Nothing is plugged in, I simply plugged it into the wall outlet. Will send this back. ETA (Dec 2025): Adding screenshots of a recent AI conversation about this product, after giving the model number that's on the back of the one I have. Long story short, AI said not to use this for anything over 300W. It lists a whole bunch of normal things you're supposed to be able to plug in per the item's description, but AI says not to. Not even your phone charger, which is crazy. But, based on what I saw it do (per my original review and just now, which prompted me to look it up), I believe it. I know I was not willing to plug in my phone as a test to see if the converter still works though.

We recently had a 3 week trip to Italy & Greece last month. I went on amazon looking for a voltage converter that would help us power and charge all of our devices. This thing was absolutely awesome. The best thing is that we can store it and use it for future trips to different parts of the world. We don't have to worry about buying a different converter since this thing has it all. We used it to charge our phones and my laptop (I worked occasionally during downtime) and it did everything it was supposed to. The one thing that did bother my wife a bit was the internal fan. It did get annoying at first; however, after a few days, you don't hear it anymore and get accustomed to the sound. The more devices you have connected, the louder the fan gets and/or fan remains on for longer periods of time. The thing is sturdy too. My wife and I had 4 luggage's in total and stuffed. By the looks of our luggage's... our stuff was thrown around at the airports (6 different flights between Italy and Greece) and train rides. So our stuff took a beating but this thing held up with no issues.

I bought this for nespresso coffee machine and kitchenaid dough mixer, however it did not work with two of these, is there a way for me to exchange it with more powerful one? I kept all the pieces in the box. It is not damaged. Thank you very much for your consideration in advance.

I recently traveled to several countries in Africa also Qatar and England. After doing some research I realized that I was going to need a adapter to not just fit the local plug configuration but to convert voltage AND HERTZ . This device worked beautifully. I used it in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Qatar and even on a British Airways flight (although the flight attendant was a little concerned about me doing so). The fan does make a little "breathing" sound but it wasn't loud enough to bother me and I'm a light sleeper. At times my husband and I had 5 devices charging at one time and although it seemed to take a little longer to get a full charge, it still did the job. This device is versatile and very light weight. I travel outside the USA once or twice a year. I don't think I'll need another converter no mater where I travel.

Overall it's a nice power adapter for 240v / 50 hz parts of the world, to convert down to 120v and have multiple outputs. However, if you have power sensitive devices that use 120/60hz, be advised, this will NOT work! We bought this strictly for my wife's hair dryer, but it wouldn't work, popped some error code on the dryer. So we dragged this and her hair dryer around the world for no reason. We did eventually use this to power all of other devices (laptop, iPhones, EarPods, ...), but those devices don't care of the voltage nor the frequency, as those devices convert any AC to DC. in other words, this is just a glorified 240v / 50hz power strip. If I didn't recycle the packaging, I'd send it back.

This slim and light weight power converter is ideal for travel, light and easy to use swappable heads make it perfect for any travel need. It's fan is a bit noisy but a lot less noisy that the larger single outlet travel power converters on the market. Trust me, you will love this one!

I don't write reviews unless I really love something or truly hate something. This converter totally did not work for us in our trip to the Philippines. We had purchased an iSelector power adapter and it worked fine down in the Philippines for the in-laws for a year or more. We were traveling down there recently so I purchased a second converter for the trip and based on the number of reviews went with this one instead. When we got down there my CPAP did not work more than 5 minutes before it would give a fault. My electric shaver would not work with it. We took a bug zapper down with us and it worked for a day and then dies, could have been defective but may have been this converter. They warn in their add that it is extremely limited but I was shocked by how many devices don't work with it. We left the power adapter down there once we returned home and our in-laws had problems with it to where they stopped using it and asked us to send them another iSelector (which worked flawlessly for any device connected to it). For this converter, the only plus side to me was that the USB adapters did work to charge a phone.
