Useful telescope, with its troubles. Value for Money.
Optics Decent quality optics. The light gathering capacity is average due to 70mm aperture which is in line with the price. With 20mm eyepiece (35x magnification), image is good and sharp. With 4mm eyepiece(175x magnification), image is softer and not bright. Finderscope is good enough with crosshairs. The Barlow Lens I received is pretty much useless. Chromatic Aberration is present but it's very much expected in a refractor in this range. Jupiter's band and moon can be seen. Saturn's rings can be seen. Moon's craters are vividly visible, as evident int he pictures attached. Tripod The tripod itself is good enough for the weight of telescope. The mount is shaky and had lot of free play. The altitude fine adjustment screw mechanism has free play too. But not a deal breaker at this price and casual usage. I put a dry heavy towel over the centre of telescope to dampen out the vibrations. Overall it's a decent telescope for the price. Definitely lets you see so much farther than you could see with a similarly priced binocular. The Light gathering capability ie not great but that's not a problem in daytime terrestrial viewing. If you can worlk around it's shortcomings like poor mount, etc, it's a useful optical instrument.

BEST BEGINNER TELESCOPE
Very Good telescope, it is portable, easy to use and assemble, and the clarity is very nice in 20mm eye piece but, not good when used more zoom (4mm eye piece). So, because of clarity issue I will give it 4/5

Wastage of money
Totally useless product. Don't fall into the trap reading the reviews. The product doesn't remain stable. You do not get what you spent for.

This is very a good product
I say this product is very good but the only problem is nothing(can't see Saturn rings during ring plane crossing phenomenon)

The powerseeker
i am able to see the two bright gas giants with it the Jupiter ( and it's moons as bright dots) and Saturn( prominent with it's rings) , while the outdoors are usually light or just in general polluted, so no milky way andromeda or deep space objects yet..and for some reasons i haven't had the moon at night . It's a cheap build though , The one i got has it's altitude adjust knobs holding screw not working (it doesn't lock ), it's objectives are fine, while the Barlow is basically useless for anything else than terrestrial observations , it's 4 mm eyepiece is shooting outside it's usable magnification range ( 60x2 =120x) ,the image it makes is good enough but i think you should rather go with a 6 mm , the az stand's legs are (Hollow cubical ) aluminium with height adjustments and itself is some painted iron well positioned , it does have slight issues with locking but you get used to it.. i doubt the stand's durability as general wear and tear of mechanical gear and screw assembly with a possiblity of rust, that and it being a model from the 2010's ( allthough not manufactured at that point )or earlier ( refractors goes back to 1600s ).. It's viewfinder need to adjusted or calibrated to a point light source first favourably during the day with the 4 mm objective and you are good to go, it didn't appear that useless to me unless you are taking the scope with you for your honeymoon or keep on disassembling the tube..i would also mention the entire assembly process is fairly easy. This was my first ever telescope so late in life after eyeing it for about 7-8 years ( couldn't believe i would use it so less),because of that and the fact the alternatives are Astro binoculars while having a telescope gives you ability to observe space in real time of the planet with stability and allthough /don'tbuythepowerseeker but it's the only telescope at it's price..i just couldn't return it .. or even replace because of the huge package ..and for all it's worth i don't want to for the experience it provides.

Very fantastic telescope for beginners so not wasting your time I am going to tell you the most awaited answer to all new buyers that what one can see with this in very honest way........ 1-moon each and every creater n moon sea visible but use near quarter moon my personal advice u can also see in full moon but image will be very very bright so no details visible but in this case u can use upto 225X due to very bright by 4 mm eyepieces n 1.5X eracting eyepieces don't use Barlow n eracting with diagonal otherwise image will not be clear 2-Jupiter with no detail or little glimpse of 2 belts if u can but 4 tiny moon are visible 3-the most delight Saturn yes my all friends Saturn ring are clearly visible with this 4-mijor & Alcor two famous or 3 intermixed stars of big dipper this telescope resolve them seaprate 5-beautiful double star albireo this telescope resolve them giving good contrast even at 30X 6-planet Venus Slightly bigger with phase but no surface detail 6-M31 Andromeda galaxy 7-hercules cluster 8- Orion neabulae The last 3 I have not seen yet but I am pretty sure these also will be visible though slightly less in area due to narrow field of view of this N also if you have weak eyesight then see it without glasses with no worries it's long focuser will adjust your weak power n will give you clear view
