Capezio Girls' Boy Cut Low Rise Short

Ordered this in the past for my daughter for dance. She ended up switching to cheer and I wasn't sure if these would work. Not only do they serve dual purpose (dance or cheer) but she also loves them so much I have had to order more for her to wear around the house or to bed. Apparently they are VERY comfortable, do not 'ride up' and are true to size. They also was well (I do not dry but only for personal reasons). The color has not faded and these were used through both football and basketball season.

These are cute shorts and they fit well and are very comfortable. They are not seethrough at all. And not loose on my thighs, I can sit and bend without embarrassment. Great price too!

I bought a few of these shorts in navy, for my daughters school uniform and they are perfect. I ordered only one short for each of them the first time, because after reading all the reviews I wasn't sure they were going to fit well. I ordered a Medium for my 7 year old, and it fit just right, so the second time I ordered her a Large, which is a little bigger but not too loose on her, and will give her some room to grow this year! For my 5 year old daughter, who is very slim, I ordered her a intermediate (6-8) and fits perfect! She tried the medium as well, but it was too loose on her waist. I guess if your daughter is slim, you can go with a size bigger from her clothing size, and if she's more in the chunkier side, two sizes bigger will do. However, these shorts are especially made for dancing, and are supposed to be very short and tight!

Size is a little confusing , but my slim 6 year old is a size 6/7. We did little girls 2-6 but size 6-8 they fit good with room to grow not too big not too little.

My daughter wears these over her leotards for gymnastics. They are comfortable and fit true to size.

These are basically booty shorts. My child needed a pair for dance class, but she was uncomfortable wearing these and preferred something with a longer length. These had an inseam of about 1/2 inch. Would’ve been perfect if the inseam had been 1 - 1 1/2 inches long.
