I am using the Electrolytes Capsules for my ADREANAL INSUFFENCY . I just had extensive dental surgery Which is a shock to my system, with ADREANAL INSUFFENCY . I started using this product about 2 years ago when it was an incredible hot and humid summer which caused my electrolytes to get off balance. Glad I switched to this brand. Capsules are easier to swallow than dry pills and don’t require a lot of water to swallow.

My husband and I both take these electrolytes, they simply "work" and are reliable in combating my leg cramps and keeps my husband hydrated at work. I take two a day. I seem to have really horrid cramping these days...

So far I haven't seen much of a difference. I will give them another few weeks.
