I like the way you take instant action on the order. My one suggestion is that there should be flexibility to alter the address. Last I faced an issue I tried to alter the address but somehow by default it picked up the other address. Similarly for bank details there should be flexibility to alter from one account to another.

Not big enough
It was meant to be medium. I'm not a big person but it only just fits me and tightly. I wouldn't be able to get it on over a jacket. The material is very thin. so no protection from the elements. The only good thing was that delivery was prompt and on time.
