Pathetic service, not consumer friendly. Rude behavior.
Pathetic service. the heater stopped working on its own. Service people did not responded even after repeated follow-ups. After around 2 weeks after call log, somebody from service team called and spoke in a very very rude tone. They said the wire needs to be changed and will be chargeable for Rs. 400 even though the product is in warranty. I didn't like the way service team has handled and their behavior was very rude.
