Glow In The Dark Powder Pigment | The PRO-Series by Techno GlowNaturalColorsAlso called invisible or neutral is 100% pure made from rare earth minerals and can handle temperatures of about 1100°F or 600°C. Green is the number 1 choice, followed by Aqua and Blue. These charge the fastest, glows the longest and brightest. The natural green is so powerful that the human eye can still see it glow in a pitch-dark room after 24 hours. Aqua and Blue glows for up to 12 hours. Very good colors for using outdoors. Purple is one of our most popular colors and glows for up to 6 hours. It is a lot harder to charge, but direct sunlight or uv light will get the job done faster. Natural Orange and red all glows for under 1 hour and are much more expensive. Fluorescent ColorsTinted (dyed) for a vibrant color in normal daylight. Free of formaldehyde, making it the safest daytime phosphorescent pigment on the market. Most of these glow between 4-8 hours. Some fading might occur outdoors.OtherRed zinc is a deep red, charges very fast and glows under 1 hour. Very strong sulfur odor.Mixing RatiosWe recommend mix ratios between 15% to 33% glow powder. In general, ratios with more than 33% powder to the mix don’t achieve a more drastically bright glow to justify the cost of more glow powder. Testing various ratios are recommended for commercial and manufacturing purposes. 20% = 1:5 = 1 ounce powder to 5 fluid ounces clear medium25% = 1:4 = 1 ounce powder to 4 fluid ounces clear medium33% = 1:3 = 30 grams powder to 90 milliliters clear mediumMore detailed information provided in the bullets above.Scroll up and grab some glow in the dark powder today! Review: Charge quick and bright longer - Charge quick and bright longer. The powder mix well in the resin. Under UV light 15 to 30 seconds the brightness last for several minutes. The shine go to zero after several hours. I have tried with several but so far this is the best. Review: Amazing glow, but not for resin printing - This powder glows VERY bright! It is incredible, I stuck the bag under UV light for 30 secs after I recieved the package and took the first picture. Its glowing bright enough you can see the details of my hand. But, I bought this to add to a 3d resin printing project. The particles are too heavy, instead of being suspended in the resin evenly the glow powder sinks to the bottom of the vat. The first few layers of the print will lift the glow powder, but everything underneath won't get any powder after that. So the first few layers of the print will glow super bright, but the rest of the print will only have a small amount of powder. In my particular case this worked out, because I only needed one side of the print to glow, you can see in the second picture the top glows brightly, but the middle and back are really only being lit up by the glow from the top layers. If you are looking at this and thinking about adding it to a resin print, I would suggest looking for a different solution. Finding a powder with a finer/lighter particle size would be ideal, but thats not really info that many manufacturers release. Personally I will be trying glow-in-the-dark alcohol based inks next, as well as picking up some premixed glow resin. If you are still thinking about this for a resin print (Good for you! Experimenting is fun!) then I have one last bit of advice: make sure you have a fresh FEP film on hand, because this powder will scratch up the film in your vat. Also don't dump the powder contaminated resin leftovers back in the bottle, it will contaminate the whole bottle. Probably shouldn't put it in your resin left-overs bottle either, just try to keep it seperate from everything else really. So 5 stars because it is an insanely bright glowing powder.

Still shining bright
Bought last year. Used on several items for easier access in the night. Works! Mixed with nail polish , it's ok though not an attractive look. Hoping to find a better format/ formula for future uses.

Insane
Haven’t actually used it in the application I bought for but the intensity of the glow & for the amount of time is mind blowing. This is with the bag just sitting on my kitchen counter. Can’t wait to actually use it

Amazing for soap
This stuff works...I got the green, but wished I got white to mix in my own mica colors. After just seconds of strong light exposure and a 1/8 of a teaspoon, the bars of soap light up like Christmas trees! This small bag would make pounds of soap, so if that's your use...get white, because even mixing in mica and glitter, it glows super bright. A definite must have for experimental soap making.

not easy to use BUT...
this stuff really works well. mixed with matte gel medium (and later with acrylic paint) to decorate plastic skull and it's amazing how bright it can be. one issue is it really needs to be exposed to light quite well so think about how you're using it. takes some work to mix smooth. a little goes a long way. would order again as it's better than any glow-in-the-dark paint I've ever used.

Does not mix. Glow is not impressive. Looks like dirty sand on projects
The tumbler that is pictured, was never supposed to be a beach/ocean themed tumbler. Unfortunately, after mixing the product relentlessly, and then applying the top coat to my glitter, this powder settled down and looked like a layer of sand over my glitter, nearly ruining the whole project. Fortunately I had the thought of it looking like sand and was able to salvage the project some. For the theme, it worked out great, but knowing it does not actually mix and dissolve at all, I feel this was a waste of money. I do not do beach themed tumblers normally, so I cannot even just keep this for those types, so for me, it is essentially useless. It would be great for people who like to make beach themed cups, but not my personal cup of tea. The glow, when it does charge is impressive, but, and it's a big but, it is absurd how long it takes to charge, and how easy it is to disproportionately charge it as well. This was a huge disappointment for me, especially after searching for hours to try and find a decent glow powder. Just the fact it does not mix or dissolve at all with epoxy or crystalac etc, was enough for me to decide I would never purchase again. There are others out there that do, so I will search there.
