Easy to use but you feel the burn at the same time. Worth the money - not expensive at all. My girlfriend just tried it and will be buying one.

Bit of a gag gift joke, but it really is pretty versatile.

I think it’s pretty good... I’m a plus sized woman however, (size 2x) so it’s a bit difficult to use it as directed on the things as it slips out... not sure if it’s because of my size? I do use it to tone my arms and I battle with it to tone the thighs... maybe I’ll figure it out :)

This product feels super cheap. The foam cover that goes over the wing looking parts is all dented and messed up from packaging/shipping, and the middle part where they attach and the spring is housed moves around easily. It makes a lot of noise when in use and I cringe every time I squeeze my legs because I feel like the spring or some part is going to break and stab me in the thigh because the wing parts buckle. It seems like they aren’t solid enough to withstand the pressure needed to bend the spring. Wouldn’t recommend

When you use it to exercise, it doesn’t bend easily with your body I felt like I wasn’t getting a work out and what was the point of using this

Great product for a quick workout before you head out for the day. Super convenient to take with you as well!!!!

When you open it, just be cautious it will fling out when you take the wrapping off

Doesn't offer very much resistance and is very small. For a 6'2" guy it seems silly to try and use it.
