Es un buen producto. Tengo la version lite y es sencillita. Viene solo la correa y el soporte para la puerta. La calidad es buena y es comodo. Viene un pequeño triptico con los ejercicios basicos de estiramiento.Poco mas. Principiantes aconsejable ir paso a paso. No apto para torpes. Perfecto para mejorar tu condicion ( en mi caso taekwondo) de flexibilidad y hacer estiramientos pasivos.Es una buena compra .

La correa no se clava, fácil de instalar , con un pequeño manual con hasta 9 ejercicios que poder hacer. Espero que me ayude a obtener la elasticidad que deseo.
