Works great with Baofeng UV-82.
We use Baofeng radios at the school where I work. Coworkers use wired earbuds and besides the trouble of having a wire the wired headsets don’t last very long. I was glad to find a Bluetooth headset that was easy to use. It would be nice if they were a little less expensive but it works very well. The batteries in both the sending unit and the earbud last several days between being charged

Poor quality
I have owned this for four months and only use it 2-3 times per month. I was disconnecting the charging cable today and the earpiece simply fell apart and won’t snap back together.

It sucked, reached out to seller nothing.

Cardio pairing does not work
I thought I could pair the radio adapter with my motorcycle headset. Tried everything. Seems the 2 pin adapter only will pair with earpiece that was included.

Seems to work OK, but marketing info and documentation is hopelessly confusing!
Seems to work OK, but marketing info and documentation is hopelessly confusing! "TWAYRDIO" seems to be another name for some HYS products, like this "Walkie Talkie Bluetooth Headset". There are at least three different HYS websites, all for radio-related products from the same company, "Quanzhou Truest Communication Co., Ltd." This particular product has a "TWAYRDIO" label on the radio adapter that references two possible part numbers: "BL-04DK2" and "BL-04DM2". However, neither part number checkbox on the label is checked. Since this part is supposed to fit a regular Kenwood two pin style connector then I assume that "BL-04DK2" should be checked. On the box there is a label that references two *different* possible part numbers: "BL-04DK3" and "BL-04DM3". On this label the checkbox is checked for "BL-04DK3". However, I can't find any links to any web pages anywhere that list this part number (including the three HYS company sites mentioned above). Documentation is in Chinese and poorly written English, and there is no place to download electronic versions. On the Amazon product page for this item, there is a picture with four different views of the radio adapter, but only two of the views are accurate. The other two are logically reversed, showing the power button and USB port facing the front of the radio instead of the back where they are actually located. (See picture I've uploaded with this review.) I've wasted too much time chasing down all this info and trying to confirm that I was actually ordering the correct product to work with my radios. Edited to add: The number X0022U76IB on the Amazon label applied to the box does not match the ASIN number B07KS6TSFB on the product page at Amazon.com. But this does seem to be the item that I ordered. Also, it appears that "BL-04DK3" is supposed to be the part number for just the earpiece, while "BL-04DK2" is the part number for the Kenwood-style radio adapter (and "BL-KMPTT" is the part number for the PTT key). On the plus side: All three components (earpiece, radio adapter, and PTT key) arrived pre-paired. I only had to charge all three devices (via micro-USB connectors) for a few minutes, plug the adapter into the radio, turn on the earpiece, and turn on the adapter (two second press on the power button for each device). Audio quality is a HUGE step up from the "bottom of the barrel" sound of the typical wired headset that accompanies Chinese analog and DMR radios. The audio quality on those wired headsets is not even tolerable IMHO. But the sound on this BT earpiece is much more than tolerable, in fact it seems to be no worse than the speaker on the radio I tested it on, and that radio actually sounds pretty good. YUGE improvement! The two pins of the Kenwood-style plug align dead-center with the sockets of my radios. Any misalignment could potentially damage the sockets on the radios, but thankfully this is not an issue. I would normally give five stars based on my first working impressions of this product. However I am only giving four stars until the manufacturer gets the documentation and marketing issues straightened out. Edited to add: I spent several hours getting acquainted with the features of the earpiece. I had no problem pairing the earpiece with a few other devices, and then re-pairing with the radio adapter. The instruction sheet has some mistakes WRT how to reset the settings (including pairing), change the voice-prompt language, etc. But once you fiddle with this for a bit you will figure it out. Now that I've sorted out the marketing and documentation discrepancies I would not hesitate to buy another one of these units. But still, no five stars given until the mfgr. gets their paperwork straightened out.

Wireless 2pin BT that works
Works well, batt Last about 8hrs(1device) , operates 2 devices at once (2way radio/cellphone) vol is great, way louder than acoustic tube styles. I use this everyday 8hrs a day doing security at a casino so I've ran it through the paces..
