This is one of those aids that every mom exhausted from so many chores needs. I take it early in the morning before my workout and it gives me energy for the rest of the day. The fact that it is made from natural ingredients is something incredible.

These chews are amazing! My daughter is a competitive gymnast and eats one before her 4 hour practice. She loves the flavor of them. I don’t let her drink caffeinated sodas or energy drinks, but these are a clean and safer energy alternative. I eat one every now and then to get through a 12-hour shift at work. One chew is faster to eat than an energy drink too!

The tea did give me alot of energy all day. The taste is way too sweet, that's why I'm giving it three stars. If the product were unsweetened it would be perfect. I wish I could return it but you can't.

These chews are wonderful for an excellent boost in energy. I take one before golfing & again at the turn. I’m 80 & I can finish 18 holes without fading fast!!!!

I use these for an extra energy burst on long hikes or bike rides. I think they work (or the placebo effect is great!), but the taste is not my favorite. (I need to have some water to wash it down after eating one.) They also melt a little in warm conditions.
