The suction wasn’t strong enough, each time the handle was turned the item came away from the worktop!

I purchased this specifically to get some dates shredded. Unfortunately this piece of machine does not stand up to the task. I was thinking of returning it and getting something similar but electric but I have read reviews that they cannot be used for a long amount of time, bulky, break etc.. so I left it. I used it again for veggies and fruit, ham, chicken and it does the job well. Just a bit annoyed that I couldn’t use it for what I intended to.

This product is really good for soft foods like mushrooms, peppers, and onions. But do not use this for harder vegetables like carrots as the handle can and will break! The design behind the slightly curved blades is clever as it helps to mix up whatever is inside. I will buy another one but not for more than £30 as it isn't worth any more than that.

Just put the veg in, put on the top and use it. In use. It is so easy to use and very effective for small amounts. It is easy and fast to use. It is much easier than getting the big electric one out and finding and fitting the right attachment. It is also much easier to clean than the big electric one. Overall. Does the job well, it is well made, easy to clean and uses no power. Brilliant and simple kitchen gadget.

This OXO manual food processor is surprisingly useful. Small enough to sit out on your kitchen workspace all the time, it's super easy to use and clean. I find myself using it for all chopping tasks.

Focusing on cutting onions. The amount of force required to get this started is such that its sucker cannot grip on a flat marble surface. I have reduced the amount of onion and resorted to pre cutting into small segments, this works but seems to defeat the purpose of having a slicer. Would not recommend.

Good quality build and good features. Used it to cut potatoes, carrots, onion, tomatoes, mushrooms... all work well. Not to overload and move clockwise to cut.... sometimes anti clockwise abit and then clockwise to allow smooth operation.
