i have tried 3 brands of the nuts in the shell-- these are the best quality

These Brazil nuts appear to be fresh. I soak one or two overnight in filtered water. Reportedly, they are a great source of selenium. All it takes is one or two!

Really great Brazil Nuts !!! These add to that "Family Tradition" of cracking nuts during the Holidays !!! Great quality and taste that reminds me of when I was a kid and my family always had that Nut bowl out during the Holidays and everybody would be cracking nuts and talking in the kitchen. These nuts help tho keep the tradition alive !!!!!

The package was open when received, nuts were half in the Amazon box. Tastes not as fresh as the ones I brought from our local grocery, but there is no bad ones.

These were fresh, easy to shell. And taste delicious.

These are wonderful. Great quality. I usually order from a different seller, but I’m glad that I found these because they are better than the other sellers. Most come out of the shell in one piece. Harvested at the right time.

I've actually had a problem cracking these open. They seem to kind of crumble. It's hard to get the nut out. I've had other Brazil nuts that seem to be a little more robust in that regard, but I am still in the early stages of finding out about these so I will update my review as needed.

It's become difficult to find fresh nuts locally. These are indeed 'fresh and delicious.' Will buy again!
