Why my return item was not picked up
I want to return the item. It is much smaller than what is described in the photos. My request for return was approved. But nobody turned up to collect the item. I was for somebody to pick it up. Meanwhile i tried to rescheduling the return pickup. But the return request was cancelled totally. Please let me know how to return it.
