I just took the gate down I had at the top of our stairs for over 4 years years, literally not a scratch or paint removed from where these wall nanny's were pressed into the wall. Found my order just to leave a review since they worked perfectly. And I can use them again in the future if I need to.

This is my second set of Wall Nanny wall protectors. We recently purchased a new gate and so I knew I needed to buy another set of these. They had held my dog gate in place so well over the last 2 years. I was pleased when I took off the old gate and there was no damage to the wall. One of the reasons I like these so much is because the help hold a gate more securely. The round hole in the center holds the bumper from the gate in place. The rubberized material keeps the Wall Nanny from sliding along the wall and the extra surface area allow the gate to fit more securely. Simple product, good quality and a fair price.

I purchased this because where I needed a baby gate is a wall on one side and a cabinet on the other. It was easy to install the gate with it there, hasn’t moved (and my kids put it to the test) no damage to either wall or cabinet. I love that it comes in colors so it blends in and was not overly expensive. Definitely recommend.

My gate was constantly getting knocked out of place and totally useless to keep my dogs in or out of a certain area. With the wall nanny my gate is unbelievably sturdy when my gate is closed. However, I don’t ALWAYS keep the gate closed just when needed. When the gate is open it can still be knocked over very easily unless I tighten it so tight to where it won’t close unless I untighten it again. So it’s kind of a pain but still better than what I was working with before. I am ordering more for another gate. This product saved me from throwing away $100+ worth of gates im happy enough with it

It's a simple but beautifully effective product. When baby gates are installed, we want them to be firmly in place, with no wiggle. When it's time for the gates to come down, we don't want ugly marks on the wall. The Wall Nanny accomplishes both tasks quite effectively. Besides protecting your wall, the Wall Nanny provides a larger gripping surface than the screw-out braces that come with the baby gate. So the gate is more firmly in place. And because the wall-contact area of the Nanny is larger, it spreads the pressure over a larger area of your wall - so no depressions are left. We weren't sure if the Wall Nanny would actually be an improvement over the mounting components that came with the baby gates - but they definitely are, and we're glad we made the purchase.

Before adding this product our gate punched a hole through the dry wall. I attempted to fix the wall but it was hard to add support in this location. I attempted to add our gate back, but popped the support out of place. This product help instantly. Easy to install. No more worry about the gate breaking through the dry wall. Thanks so much!
