I have read so much on this castor oil. I use for many things. 1 I use in my belly button and omg the good nights rest I get from it is wild! 2. I moisturize my cuticles, I use it on my face and elbows and feet. It doesn't have a great smell but dies work fantastic. Oil is thick so a little goes a long way. I have recommended this to many friends because of all the great benefits. A great product I will definitely stand behind. Give it a try especially if you need a good night rest. 1 dropper in your belly button, let absorb in and you will sleep so well!

I have been buying from Levin Rose for over 3 years now. They have superior affordable products and excellent customer service. I will be a life-long customer! This is the best Jamaican black castor oil I've come across in my 15 years of using it. The viscosity is thick, and the color is an amber brown, both staples of the cold press process. I live in an area where the temperatures range from -20⁰F in the winter to over 100⁰F in the summer. The Jamaican black castor oil is effective year long- directly in cold & dry weather, and diluted with other oils in the summer. I use it... - in my sugar scrubs (mixed with jojoba, kukui nut, & rosehip oils) - directly on my elbows and feet, or if I have an excema flare-up (This oil will absorb more effectively if you apply to damp skin) - as a facial moisturizer (mixed with jojoba, red raspberry seed, and rosehip oils) - as a hair mask (mixed with kukui nut and jojoba oils, I even add some to my shampoo and conditioner) - on my eyelashes, which have thickened and lengthened - added to my lotion (This oil will absorb more effectively if you apply to damp skin) Don't pay attention to the expiration dates on the outside of the packaging, Amazon mislabeles them. The real expiration dates are on the bottle.

This stuff is good for everything! I even use it in my hair to help it grow! Great for skin moisturizer! I keep it on hand always!

What was expected

Works great. Makes your skin very soft and feels moisturized. Be careful putting it too close to your hairline or it will make it greasy

This oil is very thick and rich. But, don't feel greasy. I have extremely dry hair. This helps moisturize greatly. It's worth the buy.

I tried a couple of brands of these. I tried this one because it is in a larger bottle and thicker, and darker, and had no scent. I love that there is no scent with this oil. But the downside is that it really doesn't do the same things the other black jamaican castor oil did for me. It seems to improve the gut some, it also moisturizes wonderfully. I don't have as good sleep, and I can't see that it improves me any other way. I don't know if this is typical. Ultimately I may try to at least use it on my hair to see if this will benefit from it, but I worry it will be too heavy for my hair given how thick it is.
