Refreshed in the morning
I have had bad sleep for several years and this supplement helped me to build again a full 8 hours cycle of sleep. I feel refreshed next morning even if for any reason I had to wake up earlier I do not feel drowsy or foggy. I highly recommend this product!

Since i move on to another country i have been struggling with sleep well , you know anthenas, food and blabla bla but I know that i should sleep. We need to sleep more than 8hrs.. Well this product works. I am not happy with Mangesium stereate, and maybe if i find another brand with the same ingredients without magnesium stereate i will change this product, but also I know who is Ana Maria la justicia. I don't like that it takes many days to deliver and I don't like it's expensive for 60tabs but well.. all that you are looking in this product you are going to get it. It will help you to sleep in 1hr aprox, but also help yourself turning off your phone and all those things.. My husband loves it too.

El mejor producto que he probado en mi vida para dormir, ayuda a llegar al sueño profundo y descansar muy bien, los músculos se relajan. Muy recomendable.
