I am going through perimenopause right now and have just started using the product. I am happy first of all that it is made from natural ingredients. It really has started making a big difference during intercourse. I recommend this product for women with vaginal dryness.

Excellent product, I use it with Smoky Mountain, parafen free, moisturizer. I wish it came with an applicator that can be washed with each use, since it has to be inserted.

I was prescribed topical HRT to try to ease the extreme discomfort I experienced during my routine cervical screening exam. I didn't fancy taking the HRT having read about some of the risks and side effects, but needed to have the screening done, so did some research, found out about wild yam and ordered this gel. I used it for just over a week before the rescheduled cervical smear was due and sailed through the exam with no problems. I was thrilled as I really hadn't wanted to take the hormones. Bit miffed that it's doubled in price since I ordered it the first time, hope it's not because I've been recommending it to everyone!

I only received this product today so clearly I have not been using it and am unable to comment on it's efficacy. However I am prompted to leave feedback today as I am so disappointed by the small tube which is barely half filled. I cannot imagine that I will achieve more than 10 applications in total which maks a very poor value purchase no matter how effective it's contents. It may be that this is an unfortunate one off error, but the tube was correctly sealed and I feel I must warn other prospective purchasers that they may be gambling their money and their hopes when ordering this product.
