Life-changing but not in the way I expected. Also be prepared to wait.
Bottom line is these haven't really helped my Seasonal Affective Disorder or my sleep in any noticeable way, but they've dramatically reduced migraines and that alone has changed my life. Be careful which posting you order from. The first set (black) arrived in a reasonable timeframe, but then I ordered a second pair (white) and it's taking MONTHS - wish I was exaggerating, but I'm not. I took on a chance on these glasses in hopes of replacing my "Happy Lite" with a gentler and portable version in the form of glasses I can wear through my morning routine. It's hard to be tethered to a ridiculously bright light lamp for a half-hour in the morning, so I'd sometimes skip light therapy in the interest of time. These glasses seemed like a great alternative and they are exactly as convenient as I hoped. I look forward to wearing them when I get up and the light is soothing, not as jarring. It's a much nicer way to perk up as I go through my morning routine on dark winter mornings. I didn't really understand why green light instead of bright white light, but I decided to trust the research behind this. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to help much with my SAD; I'm still using my "Happy Lite" lamp occasionally to get me through this winter. Maybe the green light glasses are helping but I can't tell because it's been a harder, bleaker winter than usual. Maybe my SAD would've turned into a full-blown depression without the green glasses. I just don't know. As far as sleep cycles and circadian rhythms, I've found that how I eat makes the most difference in that department. I have a lot of food sensitivities. Sometimes I'm drowsy at bedtime and fall asleep easily if I've been careful what I eat that day, and other times I'm wired and agitated if I've been careless. Sometimes I wake easily before my alarm and other times I hit the snooze button repeatedly. I can't tell the green glasses are making any difference but again, maybe they are helping and I just don't know what it would have been like without them. I can say that I actually look forward to wearing these glasses when I get out of bed. Where these glasses have absolutely changed my life and been worth their weight in gold is the number of migraine headaches I get has dropped DRAMATICALLY. Migraines are new for me; I only got my first one a few years ago, so I haven't actually been able to figure out the triggers - certain foods, certain lights, stress level, etc... I'm just not sure what brings them on. But they were getting worse and more frequent, to the point I was coming down with a headache every afternoon at work. The last couple hours of my workday were an epic battle against nausea and light/sound sensitivity, to then somehow drive myself home and struggle to care for my pets... every single day. It was ruining my life. Then I got these glasses for SAD, and I've only had 1 migraine in a month since then (and that one passed quickly; I was fine a few hours later). From daily to virtually none! I didn't expect this result, so I feel compelled to share my experience with others who might suffer with frequent migraines. I don't understand the science behind it; I don't know why wearing these glasses for 30 minutes every morning virtually eliminated migraines for me but they did. I ordered a second pair as soon as I realized what a huge difference they make for headaches, so I would never miss a day of green light if something goes wrong with the original pair. I'll keep a pair in my travel bag so I'll never accidentally leave home without them. As mentioned above, the second order is taking months to arrive. It's fine because my first set it still working fine, but want to bring this to other people's attention in case they're desperate for relief. If someone is considering these for sleep problems or Seasonal Affective Disorder (or even headache relief like me), then months is too long to wait. I don't understand what the delay is. All I know is I ordered a black pair in December and got them in about a week, then I ordered a white pair in January and the delivery date is scheduled for March. I hope this review helps someone.

Not perfect, but really helpful
I've waited several weeks to get a good feel about these glasses, and write a full review. I have had insomnia for about 40 years continuously. I control it, but not perfectly, through sleep hygiene. My insomnia is characterized by being unable to stay asleep; I fall asleep (usually) easily, but will awaken anywhere from 2-4 hours later, and then remain awake until dawn. I get up, read, etc., but I still don't get good sleep. I took a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy course on line called Shuti a few years ago that I found gave me some excellent tools to help with my problem, but it was still not 100%. I averaged taking sleeping meds once/week, even if I'm doing everything right. So I am always on the lookout for some new technology, suggestion, program, etc. I saw these on line, and waited until the folding ones were available - I thought I'd definitely break them if I got something I couldn't put away easily. So I have been using these for about six weeks now, and I literally don't leave home without them. Although I still need to take an occasional sleeping pill, the sleep I do enjoy now is deeper, more restful, and more consistent than I have had in many years. When I don't get a full night's sleep, I have usually screwed up my hygiene, been on the computer too late at night, or something is worrying me. So, it is more than just helping to fall asleep - because that's not my issue. It is obtaining deep and restful sleep 9 nights out of 10. I bought a little glasses holder for them on my night stand so I always put them away. They charge quickly and easily, and hold the charge for more than on week. Two Cons: I wish there were some sort of a headband so I could move around, make the bed, ect. while I wear them in the morning. They don't fall off, but you really can't be moving around much, especially you can't be looking down, or they'll slide off your face. Secondly, I wish there were a travel case for them. I travel some, and I pack them in the box they came in to guard against breakage, but it is fairly bulky; a hard shell case would be easier to use. P.S. (added 8/3/19) Still really happy with this. Last night the party across the street got pretty noisy an woke me up. I went back to sleep! Amazing!!! I wanted to say that until more functionality is added, the App is nearly useless. I could use it to see if the unit needs charging, but I find it easier to just plug it in on Sunday night. PPS added 12/14/2019. Experience just gets better and better! Addition 1/11/2020 - LISTEN UP! After 40 years of insomnia, I have begun to sleep through the night. Not every night, but regularly. If I wake up, I fall back asleep 95% of the time. This is an amazing product! The next time I see my doctor, insomnia won't be on the problem list. My advice: adhere rigorously to a schedule of use, and clean up your sleep hygiene habits. Kicking insomnia makes every morning fantastic!

Not so much
I've held off posting a review because I wanted to give the glasses some time to prove themselves. It's been over a month now, and I have worn them most mornings for well over a month. Cons: I have to say I'm disappointed--especially for $250. They have not been worth what I paid, not even close. I may have noticed some small improvement in the length of time I experience deep sleep, but nothing that justifies the $250. Also, I have to wear them over my regular glasses, and that's a nuisance because they are constantly slipping down my nose. I'm still using them because I'm still hoping for results. Pros: The packaging and presentation are well done. A case is included, which I always use. I like that the glasses automatically shut off after 25-30 minutes. I recharge them weekly and that has worked well so far. The green light does not interfere with my ability to read or work at a monitor. (I don't use them when I'm walking around because they tend to throw off my balance.) If I notice any significant improvement, I will post an update.

Glasses are excellent. Other problems...
The glasses work for me. They're comfortable and effective. My sleep is now restorative. It has been MANY years since I've had this much energy every morning and it's clearly tied to wearing the glasses for one session each morning while getting ready for the day. Problems: The 1st order was lost in transit. The 2nd order wss delayed in transit for about a week and then when it arrived the storage case was missing. I ended up buying the same glasses from a different seller for about 30% of the Amazon price.

= Not good, list of first impressions
1. Glasses do not fit into unfolding case, try as you might. 2. QR code in the instruction manual fails to direct to the app to install - Google Play Store does not recognize what to do with it. 3. Initial charging, stated should take ~70 minutes, but it took just under 2 hours. 4. App does not allow to pair/bind to the glasses without giving it permission to know your location. Then when you tap "To open", it does nothing, just stays stuck on "You can't bind the device without opening the location permissions". App is completely unworkable. 5. Font size in English portion of instruction manual is ridiculously tiny, while there's plenty of white space left. Chinese portion however has a pretty decent font. 6. Manual gives contradicting instructions in one place advising not to interrupt the 30 min program, but in another recommends 10 min. 7. Good luck trying to find a manual to read on their website. ... This is an example of what Customer Experience should NOT be like, complete disappointment.

A good night’s sleep at last
I have periodic insomnia. Tried several light therapy devices (including white light glasses, blue light box and now the Pegasi). None of these is perfect, but Pegasi comes very close. Effectiveness - I have noticed steady improvements in my sleep quality and mood after 8-9 days of using the Pegasi. The idea of adjusting circadian rhythm and sleep cycle through light therapy is valid so I believe these three all work. Comfort - The Pegasi glasses with their gentle blue-green light are way more comfortable than the other pair's dazzling white light that I had to adjust their nose bridge to keep a distance to the eyes. Portability - Pegasi is the lightest of them all, I wear them when I go about my activities and morning routines. They don't fall off or slip down my nose easily as the other light glasses did. The stationary light box has zero portability, sitting in front of it for 30 mins every morning is time consuming. Final verdict The blue Light box: broke after 11-12 months. Satisfied with the results but not being able to use it on the go is its biggest downside. White light glasses (or other products that simulate the sun): the light is too dazzling to bear. I stopped using them after just a couple of days. Pegasi: works like a charm and prevails in terms of comfort and portability (also cost-competitive compared to other light therapy glasses at amazon). Totally happy with the purchase.

Well made, long lasting charge, comfortable, but they don't work
I have Seasonal Affective Disorder, delayed sleep phase syndrome, and chronic migraines that are made much worse by bright lights. I decided to try these glasses for light therapy, since green light has been proven to be less painful and useful in preventing some migraines. I also wanted a wearable therapy light, since I simply do not have time in the morning to sit still in front of a lamp. I will say that they are comfortable to wear, the charge lasts a long time, and the light doesn't hurt my eyes. They didn't do a thing for my Seasonal Affective Disorder. They don't even wake me up. They are not incredibly bright, and I have not noticed any difference in my mood or alertness when I'm wearing them as opposed to when I'm not wearing them. I purchased an actual green lightbulb made for migraines and it did a load more good than these did. I suppose you could use these as part of a costume where you were some futuristic cyberpunk android with glowing green eyes, but I think there are probably cheaper options for that. I'd go with a full spectrum light for SAD therapy lights, otherwise.

SOOOooo glad I bought these glasses!
I’ve had difficulty sleeping for many years, but recently my insomnia had gotten MUCH worse, to the point that it took me forever to fall asleep, then I’d wake up after only a couple of hours and couldn’t go back to sleep. If I did get back to sleep, I’d wake up very early. I was getting very little sleep, and it was of poor quality. I tried many, many things to fix this ever worsening problem and frankly, the more I tried, the worse it got. I educated myself long ago on sleep hygiene and followed every recommendation, bought two expensive pairs of blue light blockers, etc., but nothing was working. I was desperate. This is not the first “gadget” I’ve tried, and with each new purchase I felt like a sucker willing to part with my money in the hope of getting a few more winks. The many positive reviews, ease of use, and return policy convinced me to try these glasses, and I’m SO glad I did. While all of my sleep issues have not resolved after using these, from the very first night after using them I am no longer waking up in the middle of the night and lying there for hours, hoping to fall asleep again. Also, on most nights I’m able to fall asleep much more quickly than I used to. Because of the particular sleep issues I’ve been having, I use them both in the evening and morning. It took a couple of nights to figure out the best time at night to wear them (for me, it seems to be in the last half hour before going to bed). I also have an Oura ring which, among other things, tracks my sleep stages including deep and rem sleep, and awake time during the night; I’ve found the data to be highly accurate, and over the last few nights, confirms the significant improvements in my sleep duration and quality. I’m so grateful to have stumbled across these glasses, which I somehow came across during the many hours I’ve spent online searching for information to help improve my sleep. Thank you, Pegasi - some of the best money I’ve spent in years! ❤️❤️❤️
