This shirt has a bit of weight to it, and yet the fabric is terrifically smooth, and sleek and thin. The mock turtle neck is just right for covering the base of my neck and preventing drafts without getting in the way. The fabric feels cool to the skin and wicks moisture well. My main disappointment with this shirt is that the sleeves are too short. I normally take a men’s size 15 1/2 or 16 x 34/35 shirt. So I ordered XXL according to the size chart on the product page. The XXL fits me fine in the shoulders and chest and goes way down, practically to below my bottom in length. But to my surprise, the sleeves are about 2 inches above my wrists at rest. And when I stretch my arms while exercising, the sleeves can easily end up 5 inches above my wrists. Perhaps this is the style, but I don’t like it and it’s irritating to have to constantly be pulling my sleeves back down. The photo on the product page clearly shows the sleeves to be equal in length to the torso. But on the shirt I received the sleeves end at least two or three inches above the bottom of the torso of the shirt. The shirt is otherwise very well constructed with double and triple stitched seams and smooth tailoring throughout. My shirt had no manufacturing defects or pills. I hand wash the shirt and it dries quickly. I ordered the red color which looks terrific and cheerful. The red color of the shirt I received looks a little bit brighter and smoother than the picture in the product page. At the current price of $12-$15, I think this shirt is a good value for the cost. A pity though about the sleeves being too short, otherwise I would really like this shirt.

I hit the trails on mountain bike just about every day. I have a few compression shirts that I bike in because they keep me stealth and aerodynamic. What I never considered in a shirt was sun protection till I saw the description of this Poekuao compression shirts. Before I get into that let me say that the feel of this shirt is great! I got it in a large and it fits perfectly snug without feeling like it’s squeezingly tight. The material feels amazingly soft but sporty - meaning that even though the soft material is comfortable it feels like it can withstand rigorous, even abusive treatment. I love the look of it - it’s no nonsense and no logos. LOVE THAT! Regarding the sun protection, like I said I never looked for that feature in a compression shirt before… I guess I never realized that was a thing. But it completely makes sense, especially for me since the sun is ever present and beating down on me constantly while biking! Knowing this shirt has that protection built in has me rethinking my usage. I don’t think my other compression shirts have any sun protection built in so, because I happen to love this Poekuao shirt’s feel and performance I will buy a few for the summer and use the ones that I currently have during the fall/winter months. My experience with this shirt has been great so far - it looks awesome! The stitching is excellent! It’s stretchy and feels great on my skin. The added sun protection gives me peace of mind and also seals the deal for me - I’m getting a few more of these! At the time of this writing it lists for $14.99 with a coupon bringing it down to $11.99. When compared to other competitive compression shirts on Amazon, the coupon price makes this one of the lesser expensive ones out there, making it a great value! This shirt earns 5 stars from me! After using it on a run the fabric provided great sweat soaking ability and dried relatively fast at room temperature. The texture is soft and cool to the touch and has a great compression fit to it. After reading the sizing chart as a 5'10" size 36 waist man I decided to go with XL and the fit is spot on for me. The shirt isn't overly constrictive and allows for complete unhindered movement. This semi-turtleneck compression shirt is pretty nice. It's comfortable and warm, and definitely provides compression. It actually fits a bit too snug on me I feel like, even though it is a compression shirt. I'd go a size up if I could, and would recommend doing that. The shirt itself is nice, and very stretchy, if maybe slightly undersized. It's low maintenance and easy to wash also.
