Love it, but where are the waffle plates you used to get with it? It’s very easily cleaned cook time good good value for money.

I have only used the grill for chicken breasts and it works great. Had to experiment a little as to the time they needed, but easy to clean. I’m very happy with it.

Too heavy

We love it for simple grilled cheese to any sort of panini sandwich. Simple to switch to the griddle side and make pancakes or whatever you want. One of my best purchases!

The top grill lid is a little stiff and I have to push it so it’s swings over the sandwich, considering it’s very hot there’s a safety issue there.

Works with almost anything chicken steak or pancakes

This does not come with a UK plug so cannot be used. Why is it sold in the UK?

This item comes with a US plug. That is acceptable, but clear instructions should be clearly explained: do we need a transformer 120/240V or just a US/UK adapter? None of this came along and unfortunately as soon as I plugged the machine with an adapter it exploded and the machine was dead... Give this one a large berth..

This product is only suitable for American and Canadian voltages, and can not be adapted to the European (220 v) network. Cuisinart did not provide this information in its Amazon offer. We had to invest another 150 GBP to get a suitable adapter. Not worth it.
