I bought this for my husband who suffers from peripheral neuropathy as a result of Type 2 Diabetes. I have to report that once he worked his way up to 4 pills a day, he did begin to notice an improvement. Not an earth shattering "It's a miracle!" , but a noticeable improvement. We are happy with that after such a short time span of useage.

I have diabetic neuropathy in my hands and feet, and carpal tunnel in both hands. My hands normally feel like they are on FIRE... I've tried other supplements with no relief. I'm on gabapentin 300 mg three times a day and it doesn't cut it. So I tried Neurabic (got my first bottle dirt cheap off eBay) and after the first week there was notable improvement. With the 2nd week at 4 pills a day I was amazed! This stuff works. Period. The burning pain isn't 100% gone, but it's down about 75% and for that I am so grateful!! If you've got neuroathy, you know the pain, and seems as if this either works or it doesn't, so what do you have to lose? Try it!!

Have used this for almost a month now. I think I am finally feeling some relief. Going to order more and see how I feel in two months!!

Did not help my Neuropathy

Well I have been taking this for two weeks every day and no help at all. I will finish the bottle to give it a chance. I think I should have gotten some relief, but no. I probably will not buy this again.

Glad it helped some reviewers . We used entire bottle and no improvement whatsoever update: I have to say that I am impressed with the company of this product even tho this didn't help my husband. when I left the review that it didn't help us they sent me a personal email. I am very sad that this product didn't help us because we wanted it to SO BAD!! I wouldn't discourage others from trying it but I hope it works for others..

I have had a problem with partial numbness and tingling in my feet for some time. I started taking this FOUR days ago and already have much less numbness! Unbelievable! I'm skeptical of supplements that seem to have over the top claims, but this one really works. I had tried a prescription medication previously, but gave up after two months with no results. My doctor had no further suggestions. It's great to finally find something that works. Now a week or two later and it's still works wonderfully. I'm a tennis played(yeah, still at 72) and the situation with my feet was seriously affecting my ability to cover the court. Still not as I would like ,but much better! Any improvement is great!

Seems to be working. Waited to use if for a few weeks before writing. I take two each morning.
