First off, I had my gallbladder out years ago and have a lot of stomach issues after my surgery. NEVER have your gallbladder removed! This product has been a game changer for me. Less stomach issues, it helps settle my stomach a lot. I have less stomach pain too. Just 1 tablet a day has helped me. When I eat foods that might give me a problem, I take another pill after my meal. I have only been on this for about a few weeks now and it's a massive difference. If you've had your gallbladder removed and you are having difficulty finding foods to eat. Then I believe this can help you! I had emergency surgery and there was no saving my gallbladder. I had such a terrible time figuring out what to eat. It was frustrating and tiring. I was never satisfied, I got to the point where I hated hunger pains because I had to put food in my body. There wasn't anything fun with that chore!! I was given fiber to "regulate" me. It just aided in one extreme to another.
