Super sturdy from the outside. The inner cushion pads around the forehead lining and around the cheeks are soft and the top head pad is removable and thin. The absorption padding is tough all around the head and the Visor is very clear and minor-scratch resistant. Recommended 👍🏿

helmet is sturdy and high quality, viser is strong and clear vision, Inside cushion is tight on ears, after removing helmet, my ears getting red, but in overall good product and Value for money.
