There is something about the taste of Maple syrup that induces happiness. Gentle and soothing and always with you as a favorite memory. Upon arrival, I added a measure to my preferred unsweetened breakfast cereal. What a wonderful way to start any day. Thank you!

Trustworthy!!! Finally I have found a syrup labeled Dark and Robust and it really is what it claims 59 be! “Dark, Robust” is what used to be termed as “Grade B” an has become more and more difficult to find over the last few decades. If you are new to the flavors, Amber is what is most commonly found. It has a lighter maple flavor, with high notes of forest and flowers. It is a nice syrup for waffles and pairs well with pancakes that have light flavors. Dark Robust is harder to find, and there used to be 4 versions made by maple syrup farmers. Dark and Robust is a rich maple taste with chocolate notes. It is good for pancakes only if the pancakes are full of flavor: buckwheat blueberry buttermilk are my favorite home made weekend breakfast cakes with Grade B maple syrup.

Great maple flavor, just a little thinner than the artificial maple syrup. But the flavor is worth it
