Amazing power station! It was well worth the price. All you have to do is charge it up, and then use it around the house, on the go, and wherever you need that electricity. I find that it charges up fast, and I can get going with my life. It is so easy to just plug in your phone and any other items you may need it. While the power station is a little heavy to move around, the weight is no problem when you place it in an area as the charging corner.

I bought two of these units. One of the units was damaged during transit so I contacted Anker and they had me ship it out to them and they sent me another unit. Took a while due to shipping but they were prompt with their communication and sending a new unit to me once they received the damaged one. As far as the unit itself, it's fantastic. Charges extremely fast (It still blows my mind how fast it charges), it's extremely efficient, compact for what it is (compared to the other 2000wh batteries), and it looks slick. It's pretty heavy (41 pounds) but all of the batteries this size are. I love how it tells you so much information. How long until it's fully charged, how long until it's depleted, the internal temperature, etc. Don't just charge it and tuck it away for emergencies. This thing is useful in everyday life too. Use it to power fans outside, vacuums, heated blankets, laptops, TVs, really anything you can think of. Sometimes it's a lot easier to use the power station rather than running an extension cord to power tools and appliances. I also live in an older built home. Not all my outlets are 3 prong, so having five extra 3 prong outlets on the power station is awesome. My heat broke during this historic cold snap and I wanted to run 2 heaters in my room at the same time. I tried just powering them from the walls but it kept tripping the breaker. Instead of running an extension cord I just used the power station to power one of the heaters. It's just so convenient. Attached is one of the units next to my Anker Solix C300 DC. Love these Anker solar generators! I have 3 different sizes of these generators that i use for off grid camping and at our remote property for powering lights & appliances. They work great and recharge with solar, whatore can you ask for..... powerful and well built.

I’ve had the Anker SOLIX C2000 for about a month, and it’s been awesome so far. The build feels really sturdy, kind of like a serious piece of gear rather than a gadget. It charges crazy fast and runs just about anything I’ve tried, from the fridge during a quick power outage to my tools in the shed. Took it camping last weekend and it kept our fan and lights going with plenty of power left the next morning. It’s not cheap, but the peace of mind and solid performance make it worth every penny.

It charges up quickly to get to the initial charge. It's easy to use and works well. It's compact enough to slide under counters or TV stands for easy storage. It's a bit heavy but not so heavy that it would take two people to move. Anker's time estimates are overly generous when they predict how long it will power items. They claim it will power a fridge for 30-64 hours but having used it during a power outage to power only a fridge it only made it to 8 hours. It's also beyond ridiculous that the accessories (solar panel, extra battery, etc.) cost as much as the power bank itself so it's just as easy and provides more flexibility to buy a 2nd power bank rather than the accessories!

Really impressed with the Anker C2000 Gen 2. It delivers plenty of power, charges fast, and runs multiple devices at once with no issues. The time-of-use feature is a great bonus—it makes it easy to manage power more efficiently and save on energy costs. The screen is clear, the build feels solid, and it’s simple to use right out of the box. Great for home backup. Highly recommend.

Had a problem with the shipment but the customer service staff did such an amazing job resolving the issue. The customer service experience was so good that I am going to exclusively keep buying anker products from now on. Battery itself is amazing! I am able to use it as a backup for my fridge, use it for projecting movies (with a soundbar) at private campsites, and can even run portable ovens. The build quality is amazing, remarkably small compared to other batteries of the same spec. Love it!

This is such a wonderful power station. The size is small enough to be easily portable, yet large enough to give me enough power for what I need in an outage. The display and user interface are easy to use and give me many things that I can control directly from the app. I use this in conjunction with a small inverter generator to recharge in 1-2 hours depending on how low it is and how fast I need it charged. Additionally, I just LOVE Anker as a brand. I own a few of their products and I find they’re all very well made, reliable, durable, pleasing to look at and generally well designed for real life uses.

quite happy with the item once it got here, works as decribed and will make power outages easy to handle, delivery expectations were tense but it finally arrived after an email complaining about lack of delivery
