Very good product ,easily cleared all the burnt marks in my oven .I recommend it for all oven users give it a try its worth the money spent.

Package and Product without a seal
Rather disappointed that the outer box and/or bottle neck are not sealed. It is strange that Germany dispatches their products in this manor. I have purchased siemens cleaning products for my dishwasher and washing machine so need to return this as I doubt the authenticity.

Poor Quality and adulterated product
I wish to articulate my displeasure with a recent purchase from your platform. The product arrived with adulterated packaging and was missing key accessories, specifically the spray pipe and spray instrument, which were clearly mentioned in the product description and included in the guidebook. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable for a reputable brand like Amazon. I expect better quality control and customer service.
