A good guide to navigate through life lies!
I enjoyed reading it, despite having no background in psychology. Adlerian school of thought is interestingly presented in a dialogue format between a youth and philosopher. Fairly easy to follow but demands your time to slow down at places as one may need a few seconds to process certain examples used. Many might find it unconventional in the ways it offers solutions to real life traumas or dilemmas. The book makes several attempts at breaking societal conditioning which is a breath of fresh air. You may not agree with all of it but it definitely makes you think. I might it read it again because I feel it might offer me with an even better understanding of Adlerian psychology and perhaps help me discover something new.

Truly Insightful and soothing to mind
This book relaxes your unconcious side and reaches deep resses of your mind . It teaches control and surrender at the same time. It tells you that you were already free. This is written in conversational style where a young confused lad meets a philospher and his life changes in unexpected way , not because anything outside has change but something inside has come to rest , as if something has melt inside . Like a pigeon is relased from a cage after a long time and how it feels to have a flight after a long time and how its feathers feels those soothing breeze.

This book is super interesting and eye-opening, but the quality of the cover and paper is definitely not what I expected. The cover is super thin, and there are some gaps/holes in the glue layer between the cover and pages. Reading this book once is okay, but after the 2nd or 3rd time, I assume it will fall apart.
