Great monitor, purchased for home office use
Purchased this monitor for the integrated speakers and web cam, can easily rotate for portrait view. Looks smart and great monitor as far as home office and personal use goes. Not used for gaming so can't provide a review for such use. overall very satisfied.

I love this monitor, large enough and no reflexes!

Works well but wrong mains lead.
Works well, took a little bit of set up because you need to connect 2 cables to get the webcam to work. A bit concerned that it’s not a uk item as the kettle lead had a euro plug on it. But I can’t be bothered with sorting that through Amazon so I found one at home to use.

This monitor is about £100 cheaper from HP Online Store
A very good monitor and easy to set up with plug and play. Connect the USB supplied cable to get the webcam & micropphone to work. The webcam is also responsive to third party software if you want to adjust the settings such as exposure, brightness, sharpness, etc. Although not bass-biased, the speakers are of decent quality (Bang & Olufsen) which can be calibrated using the software in Windows or the video card. I haven't tried the shipped software as yet . Looks good for a desktop monitor with thin bevels. Good for zoom conferencing, skype, Facetime (with Mac/iPhone), and Windows Messaging with people in picture. Don't pay more than you have to!!

Dodgy and inconvenient ports
The screen quality on this monitor is fine, as is the camera, but it has two problems: 1) The headphone port is on the back, so you have to turn the monitor around every time you want to plus and unplug it. If you want to use headphones and speakers for different activities during the day this is annoying. The headphone jack should be on the bottom edge where the control buttons are, so you can pop it in and out as needed. 2) The ports for the power cable and input cable are loose and every time I move th monitor on its stand at all, even a tony adjustment, it goes off and I have to wriggle it about to get it back on. This magnifies problem 1) above because one of the reasons I have to move the monitor is to plug in my headphones. but it also happens if I adjust the angle or height slightly to position the camera better for a video call, or try to angle it away from the sun. I am forever jiggle the cables to get it back on. I have two of these monitors, one at home and one on my desk at the office. Both have this loose cable problem. There is no point in having a nice adjustable stand if you are afraid to touch the monitor.

Dreadful Dreadful Dreadful
I cannot recommend this monitor - and I cannot understand good reviews - all I can think is that mediocrity is becoming acceptable! I returned it to HP it took ages to set it up - and I know what I'm doing - there was no set up instructions for the camera which was absolutely appalling image wise- the disc and user manual was very poor the monitor looked cheap and no 3.5 jack lead was supplied - nowhere in the sales info is that mentioned - why on earth would you sell a monitor with speakers and include every other possible lead such as vga which no one uses anymore! I went to the hp website and tried running the support software - that didn't work it couldn't recognise the device - so after several hours messing with this and attempting to get some support, which was non existent, so I packed it up the next day and requested a return. Ordered a Dell 27" and a Logitech C615 HD Webcam which all arrived next day - plugged it in everything set up, along with additional software, within 1 hour - far far superior look and quality of screen and camera image and cost wise came to £10 more. It seems HP have not improved since Hewlett Packard days of 40 years ago when organisation I was with ditched them due to p**s poor support and flakey kit
