This is exactly what I needed to help recover from a SI injury. It is easy to adjust, comfortable to wear and provided pain relief. There's no pinching or slipping. It fit under my athleisure clothing.

I’m a plus size woman. I ordered this particular belt because it was the only one that I could find that had a 55 inch measurement for my plus size waist. It works very well, but it took a few minutes to really get it. Stretched around my lower abdomen and lower back and the Velcro barely overlapped by about an inch and a half. However, it did hold and the cinch straps pull it in quite nicely. I particularly like the convenient sack that it comes with.

This sacrum belt is VERY high quality, from the materials to the design. I especially laud the two systems of securing the belt’s compression, from just being one belt, to the second belt over the top of the main one. The friction material used to keep the belt in place is also very useful. Being an 80 year old woman I don’t have nearly the strength I used to have for pulling the belt up snug enough to help with the issues in my sacrum. I had major pain and weakness in my one leg, prior to a major fall/ injury that caused me to have fractures in my sacrum, causing a lot of pain and disability. I had been told it would take 4 to 12 weeks to heal, and at four weeks I could stand on my feet, though I couldn’t walk. I had high hopes for this belt to help the pain but it hasn’t really made a difference. But I’ll keep wearing it, to stabilize my pelvis in hopes of some improvement down the road. Never give up - keep trying!

I really like this belt. In fact, I gave my original one to a friend and then ended up buying myself another one.

About 2 months ago I bought a house....with lots of stairs. Shortly after moving in I noticed persistent hip/low back pain and stiffness. I started with the usual suspects...anti-inflammatories, rest, stretching, heating pad. Nothing worked and the pain continued to increase despite limiting my activities. Then, to add insult to injury a few weeks later, I fell backwards while playing volleyball with some friends landing on my hip/butt. From then, the hip pain became almost unbearable. With some trial and error I determined my SI joint/SI ligaments to be the source of the pain. The pain was particularly bad while sitting for long periods or sleeping on my right side and my work and my sleep were suffering. On a whim I decided to try an SI joint belt to see if it alleviated any discomfort. This belt has been seriously amazing and a life saver! After a few days I was no longer needing meds during my work day while wearing the belt and I could sleep more comfortably through the night even on my right side. Within one week I felt better than I had in more than 2 months and was even able to do a light routine at the gym. My measurements fell right at the max for the regular size, and I wanted it to be supportive and not too loose so I opted for the regular. The belt fits snugly but is comfortable enough to wear under clothing all day. If you are between the regular and XL, however you might want to consider the XL. It even comes with a little guide to hip exercises. Given that my hip pain went treated improperly for several weeks, I will give this more time to see if it completely resolves all discomfort but I am super grateful I gave this a try!

Comfortable. Good Velcro stick, wide belt. Non slip or fold. Nice color can fit under a tee shirt or shirt easily. Better to go below your stomach where hip meets lumbar area.

Solid product. I just started wearing the belt. Bit uneasy to wear directly to the skin surface It stays well on top of your clothing. I really wanted to wear while working but now only at home I’m wearing
