ProtiDIET High Protein Oatmeal Variety Pack - Apple Cinnamon, Maple Brown Sugar and Banana Nut - 7 Pouches Each Box

So as a protein powder this stuff is great, as an oatmeal breakfast on it's own, it's not quite there. I made the oatmeal per the directions and the protein powder is always lumpy. It takes awhile to get it to incorporate into the liquid. There isn't really as much oatmeal in this in my opinion. It's more protien powder. I eat oatmeal regularly and it just doesn't seem like there's enough flakes of oat grain. So, I've gone to adding a 1/4 cup of quick oats to these just to give it that oatmeal texture. However, this protein oatmeal is easy to prepare and use so it's something I can make in a few minutes without any issues even if I do add some quick oats to it. Flavor wise, they taste great, the banana nut has nuts in it, and tastes like bananas. The apple cinnamon has an appley flavor. And I really like the brown sugar and maple one. I also like they are low in calories and there are 3 varieties to choose from. 7 packets of oatmeal in each box (0.95 oz each). Overall, if you needing a way to put more protein into your diet, this might be a decent option with a few adjustments if you're a person who likes more of an oatmeal like texture to your breakfast. But at the current price point of 44.97 at the time of this review, I'll probably stick to the overnight oats I normally make.
