Good seagate technical support
It took some time to understand Seagate computing drive vs standard seagate drive .....The product was faulty ...took time from amazon support but finally supported us to get a replacement free off cost from seagate customer support

Received defective drive
Received a defective drive. Unfortunately by the time I tested the drive and found it was a defective drive, the window to return it to Amazon had closed. So now I am struggling to get a replacement from Seagate India. Very disappointing.

Packing was very poor for HDD. Drive failed on first attempt..
Packing was very poor and drive failed in first attempt while copying the files. Sound coming from harddrive as bad block, continuous ticking noise..
