Best summer drink instant results and amazing slush

when you want a quick dessert.

Waste of money. I followed all instructions and even saw some product videos on youtube - but with no success. As instructed, I put the inner core in the freezer for over 24 hours. Then I tried the product with a cold glass of Tang - even after 20 mins there was no ice formed ... all it did was make the liquid extremely cold. After refreezing the inner core for a day, I then tried using it with Pepsi. Around 15 mins later there were ice crystals forming. But it resembled more of melted slush rather than freshly prepared slush. Tried again with Roohavza - no ice formed ... the liquid just became cold. Final attempt - I tried it out with cold plain water. And as expected it failed again - only mild crystals formed after approximately 10 mins. Totally useless and I won't recommend this product to anyone. Might as well purchase one of those ice grinder machines to prepare slush.

The inner part shows Zoku, the outer glass and spoon is of different brand. While buying the product , it shows the product eligible for return. As I received different brand , I wanted to return . Now I am unable to return as it shows product is not eligible for return. Also, unable to contact customer. I lost my money by buying this product from this seller.

Useless stuff. Don't waste your money.

I had the same problem as some one else also mentioned , the product delivered doesn’t seem to be from the original brand , the inner glass and external seems to be different companies and on first trial we kept it in the freezer for 8 hours - it didn’t work at all .

La heladera es un vaso que cuenta con 2 piezas, la interna lleva un líquido por dentro, esta pieza hay que meterla en el congelador, el líquido se congela y por esto al echar un líquido al pasar unos minutos se obtiene un smoothie o si la textura del líquido es más cremosa (leche, yogur, etc) se puede lograr también un helado "ràpido" y la externa que viene a ser la cubierta. Incluye también la espátula-cuchara muy práctica para remover el contenido y ayudar a que el helado tome la textura. En las instrucciones dice que hay que congelar la parte interna del vaso durante 8 horas pero el mío con 4 horas ya estaba listo, tal vez por la temperatura o potencia de mi refrigerador. Las calidades son buenas y aunque es un producto algo caro está bien para el verano, incluso lo he usado para beber en él un batido muy heladito. Lo recomiendo!

Like + It really does create slush ice, just needs to put it longer in freezer and scrape the cup with the spoon from the insides to the middle from time to time. And add the cooled down drink to it from the fridge. + can make almost 2x slush. Dislike - Has to stay in the freezer for 8-? Hours for it to work, but it is normal.
