Great quality and durability. I hand knitted this blanket. It was my first one ever and the yarn was so easy to work with. It didn’t catch or snap when I pulled on it. It does shed a little but nothing too horrible. Came in a vacuum sealed package and once it was open was able to fully fluff up after a couple of minutes.

Great quality and thickness for my handmade chunky blanket

This is the first time I’ve used this yarn and it worked. But I want you to know what to expect! It comes vacuumed sealed so you will need to fluff it back out before working with it. I did notice that in one of the Purple Skeins, there was a little bit of a inconstancy in a small section in the coloration and texture of the yarn. It also frayed apart during a color change on that same Skein. I had no issues with the other 7 so maybe it was just a fluke. It did find it is not as dense as other yarns that I can find locally. It is soft and makes a beautiful blanket but this is what I would consider a budget yarn. I bought three other colors at the same time. I will update the review if they prove to be better than this one batch.

Nice yarn for hand knitting. The yarn is soft and easy to use. The price is better on Amazon than at the local store for 8 rolls.

Unfortunately, 2 of the 8 skeins in this pack were actually in a couple of pieces, instead of one long piece. It's not that the yarn came apart when I fluffed it or anything. It was actually tied in a knot to keep 2 pieces together. So, it was an intentional thing. I usually melt my ends together when making a blanket, so I just did that an extra time to fix the issue. It was just very weird that whoever packaged these skeins actually tied a knot to make the yarn long enough. At first I thought it was just tangled right out of the package, but when I undid the knot, it was two pieces. And like I said, it happened in two of the pink skeins. You do have to fluff these, as they come vacuum packed and very smashed down. It works when you fluff them and the thinkness is decent. But, I was just very surprised by the knot.
