The Item Works
The badge is secure in it and there are three spaces for cards or whatever the user wishes to keep there. that is secured with a an interlocking "Velcro" strip that holds firmly. It is a good length that stops mid abdomen for a six foot person and can be adjusted and kept in place with a spring loaded component for someone who prefers it shorter. The section for the badge that has the transparent plastic covering is kept in place by interlocking strips and may be peeled off. I do not remove it though, because I have no interest in finding out how many time it will be removed before the interlocking strength diminishes. This is good value for money and can be used for a very long time if it is not being exposed to harsh conditions and mishandling. Good strong nylon product.

Tactically speaking
Ordered this to now use as my personal wallet. Yes, maybe a little bulky to carry around on a daily wallet basis, but just got tired after so many years of putting a wallet in my back pocket. Will this last as a long term situation? Maybe not. But I needed a change. So let’s review this on the basis of its usefulness and build. It is definitely built strong and the paracord used is soft enough to feel ok on your neck while wearing. Has front window pocket and 2 back step pockets, along with a back elastic loop that would hold a pen or small clipped knife securely. They designed it with a back nylon strap that Velcro’s down as though it could also be used by looping your belt through it. So maybe having it attached to your side on your belt might be an option. Now the front part with the window pocket, and the back part with the 2 step pockets are 2 pieces that have a very very strong Velcro to keep them together. Yes, the front and back can be separated, however that velcro is no joke. It holds them together tightly. The paracord has a plastic slider to adjust the sizing for your specific length. One thing to note, the back 2 step pockets are made out of a strong mesh like material. Nothing you should ever expect to keep moister out of. I do wish it was made with a few more pockets, but I guess this will work for now. All in all, it is strong and seems to be made very well. But im not sure these are worth the prices they are charging. If this was water proof, and had a couple more pockets, it would definitely be a 5 star item. So for now, I’m just gonna give it a 4 star. Would I suggest buying one of these to other people? Well, it is cool. And it’s made well. So I guess I would if somebody was looking for something different to carry there identification or cards in. But maybe not for the average person, as I don’t think very many people would find this a nice item to use on a daily basis.

Handy!
I purchased this for work. I do not like the traditional lanyard that has a flimsy clip to hold your ID in a plastic sleeve. They are too long and tend to get in the way.I really like this card holder because of how handy it is. It holds multiple ID's, I have a pen and a small sharpie I slid into one of the card slots (actual pen holder is large compared to a traditional pen).I set mine up to run through the two holes so my Id can be viewed horizontally. The added bonus of this is it no longer flips around. The paracord provided can be adjusted to the length I need.BONUS...since it is a two piece tear away I keep a key that I need inside it, securly. I hate carrying my keys around in my pocket all day.Only draw back to me is it does not have a break away feature on the lanyard in case it gets caught on something.

A Knock Off
We have been using these kind of ID holders at our company for a few years now. We thought these were the same brand we usually got but they are not and they feel like a knock off. For one the ring on the top is plastic rather than metal, the material feels cheaper, they are a lot wider but some of that space is wasted on the back due to the punched hole going through the card slots making some of that space un-usable. All in all its not the same quality as other similar holders but its still a decent ID holder.

Does exactly what I need it too
I purchased this because the other ID badges I had always broke after a short time (had the cheap ones provided by my work). So far it seems very sturdy and does exactly what I need it to do. I just wish both parts come with the holes in the corners. So if you didn't want to remove it from the Velcro, you could loop the string through both parts.
